With a strong focus on speed and effectiveness, the organization is committed to delivering measurable results for clients worldwide, is seeking to hire an Interim Business Head - Electronics & Semiconductor to be based in Delhi NCR.

Location: Delhi NCR (Travel required)

Candidate Profile:

- 15-25 years of experience in electronics manufacturing / semiconductor ecosystem


- Deep expertise across PCB/PCBA, HDI, IC substrates, OSAT/ATMP, compound semiconductors (SiC/GaN), or advanced packaging

- Proven track record in setting up and scaling greenfield or brownfield manufacturing operations

- Strong techno-commercial acumen with end-to-end P&L ownership

- Experience managing large capex programs and complex stakeholder ecosystems

- Exposure to global supply chains and technology ecosystems

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic execution capabilities

Mission/Challenge: To lead the Company's strategic entry and scale-up in the electronics and semiconductor ecosystem, build world-class manufacturing capabilities, secure anchor customers and global partnerships, leverage government incentive programs, and create a sustainable, profitable business with long-term competitive advantage.

Reporting Structure: Reports to CMD / Board of Directors

Direct Reports: Manufacturing Head, R&D / Technology Head, Business Development Head, Supply Chain Head, Finance & Regulatory Leads.

Job Responsibilities:

- Strategy & Business Leadership: Define and execute the long-term strategy, value-chain positioning, and investment roadmap for the electronics and semiconductor business.

- Partnerships, M&A & Ecosystem: Build global technology partnerships, evaluate M&A opportunities, and develop a strong industry and customer ecosystem.

- Government Engagement & Incentives: Lead government relationships to secure, manage, and comply with semiconductor and electronics incentive schemes.

- Business Development: Drive OEM customer acquisition, anchor contracts, pricing strategy, and achievement of revenue and margin targets.

- Operations & Technology: Establish and scale world-class manufacturing with a strong focus on technology roadmap, automation, and yield excellence.

- Financial Management: Own P&L, capex, and financial performance to deliver sustainable profitability and returns.

- Team & Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams while engaging the Board and senior leadership.

Working Mode: On-site, with travel as needed

Educational Qualifications:

- B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

- M.Tech preferred

- MBA from a reputed institute (desirable)

- Certifications in semiconductor manufacturing or operations are a plus.

- Compensation will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
