Business Head
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Head to lead the development, marketing, and sales of our electronic product line.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, overseeing product lifecycle management, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the business strategy for the electronic products division.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Define annual budgets, forecasts, and business goals.
- Build and own the P&L for the division.
2. Sales & Marketing Leadership
- Lead sales and marketing teams to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and promotional plans.
- Build strong channel/distribution networks and OEM partnerships.
3. Operational & Team Management
- Build and manage a high-performing team across sales, marketing, and product.
- Align cross-functional teams including supply chain, finance, and support.
- Set clear KPIs, track performance, and ensure accountability.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with the leadership team on business priorities and investments.
- Present performance reports and strategic plans to the board/management.
- Liaise with key clients, partners, and suppliers.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical and MBA from good institute is required
- 10-15 years of experience in the electrical equipment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in product strategy, P&L management, and scaling businesses.
