Business Head - Education || North India


Job Description:


We are majorly looking for a person who will be heading the Education Business (Non Academic), Focusing on Branding and BTL/Digital/Social Media marketing.

P&L and Growth:

- Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement for the business effectively, ensuring efficient budget allocation for various initiatives, maintaining financial health, and achieving financial targets.

- Develop financial strategies to optimize resource utilization, reduce costs, and maximize revenue.

- Identify and pursue growth opportunities through market analysis, feasibility studies, and strategic partnerships to expand the institution's footprint and enhance its reputation.

Business Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the overall management and growth

- Develop and execute business expansion strategies, identifying new growth opportunities, such as new school openings, program enhancements, and partnerships.

- Maximize revenue through innovative programs, services, and marketing initiatives.

Marketing and Branding:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that promote the institution's programs, achievements, and values.

- Strengthen the brand presence in the country through strategic marketing initiatives, community engagement, and public relations efforts.

Operational Management:

- Oversee daily operations of schools and Montessori institutions, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to quality standards in all aspects, including curriculum delivery, student services, and facility management.

- Monitor and evaluate operational performance, implementing improvements and innovations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Regulatory Compliance / Governance:

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and legal requirements related to the education sector, including accreditation standards, health and safety regulations, and employment laws.

- Develop policies and procedures to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including parents, students, staff, school partners, investors, educational authorities, and the community, through various outreach activities and strong engagement efforts.

Team Leadership

- Inspire and lead a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation, professional growth, and high performance.

- Provide mentorship and support to staff
