Hiring: Business Head - Education Loan

A leading financial services organisation is looking for an accomplished Business Head - Education Loan to build and scale its Education Loan business from the ground up.

Location: Mumbai / Pune

Experience: 7 - 16 years

Mandatory: 5+ years of experience leading the Education Loans business

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and drive the Education Loan business strategy, P&L and growth agenda.

- Set up and scale the sales & distribution ecosystem across direct, DSA, institutional and other relevant channels.

- Build strong relationships with educational institutions, consultants, aggregators and channel partners.

- Lead, hire and develop a high-performing sales organisation.

- Drive business volumes, disbursements, market expansion and portfolio quality.

- Partner closely with Credit, Risk, Product, Operations and Technology to build a scalable lending franchise.

Ideal Profile:

- Proven track record of building and scaling Education Loan businesses.

- Strong understanding of the Education Loan ecosystem and distribution channels.

- Demonstrated leadership experience with strong business development and stakeholder-management skills.

- Experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services preferred.
