Job Description: Business Head - Domestic Staffing

Position: Business Head - Domestic Staffing

Department: Staffing & Recruitment

Location: Noida

Experience Required: 10-18 Years (Minimum 10+ years in Domestic Staffing)

Reports To: Director / CEO

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

The Business Head - Domestic Staffing will be responsible for leading, managing, and expanding the entire domestic staffing vertical. This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee P&L management, client acquisition, delivery operations, recruitment teams, and nationwide staffing projects. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in domestic hiring, strong industry networks, and proven leadership in driving large-scale staffing operations.

This is a high-impact leadership position for someone who can build, optimize, and scale the domestic staffing business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & P&L Ownership

- Define and drive the business strategy for the Domestic Staffing vertical.

- Complete responsibility of P&L, revenue forecasting, budgeting, and profitability.

- Identify new markets, service lines, and geographical expansion opportunities.

- Develop long-term plans to scale the vertical sustainably.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

- Lead end-to-end client acquisition for domestic hiring (IT & Non-IT).

- Build strategic relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, and Business Leaders.

- Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction across accounts.

- Negotiate commercials, long-term contracts, and SLAs with clients.

3. Operations & Delivery Leadership

- Oversee the complete delivery cycle - sourcing, screening, onboarding, and replacement.

- Ensure all recruitment SLAs, TAT, and KPIs are consistently achieved.

- Monitor and streamline recruitment processes to reduce cycle time and improve efficiency.

- Implement best practices, tools, automation, and performance dashboards.

4. Team Management & Leadership

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing recruitment & delivery team.

- Manage Team Leads, Account Managers, Recruiters, Coordinators, and Support Staff.

- Conduct regular reviews, performance evaluations, and training initiatives.

- Foster a performance-driven, transparent, and collaborative work culture.

5. Vendor & Partner Management

- Collaborate with external vendors, job portals, freelance recruiters, and channel partners.

- Monitor vendor performance and negotiate competitive terms.

6. Compliance, Process Governance & Reporting

- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies, documentation, audits, and legal requirements.

- Maintain accurate MIS reports: billing, revenue, closures, pipeline, and forecasts.

- Present monthly & quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.

7. Market Intelligence & Innovation

- Track market trends, competitor analysis, salary movements, and hiring patterns.

- Introduce innovative hiring strategies, sourcing channels, and tech-driven solutions.

- Drive continuous improvement to deliver high-quality manpower across domains.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.

- MBA/PGDM preferred.

Professional Experience:

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Domestic Staffing, with at least 6-10 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of managing large staffing operations and high-volume hiring.

- Strong experience in both IT & Non-IT domestic recruitment.

Core Competencies:

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client engagement skills.

- Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment metrics, and talent market trends.
