Hiring: Branch Product Head - Distribution & Channel Sales (Mumbai)
(Role equivalent to Zonal Manager / Zonal Head)
We are looking for an experienced Distribution & Channel Sales leader to drive growth across General Trade (GT) channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Expand and strengthen distribution across urban & rural markets
- Drive primary & secondary sales growth
- Manage distributors, dealers, and retail network
- Improve outlet coverage, strike rate, and sales productivity
- Lead and develop large on-ground sales teams
- Ensure effective execution of trade schemes and in-store visibility
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities
Requirements :
- 17+ years of experience in FMCG Distribution & Channel Sales
- Strong expertise in General Trade (GT) is mandatory
- Proven track record in distribution expansion and secondary sales growth
- Experience managing large teams and geographies
- MBA (Full-Time) with consistent academic performance
