Role Overview

We are looking for a senior business leader to own P&L, drive revenue growth, and scale distributed power / energy operations across multiple locations. The role will work closely with founders, investors, and cross-functional teams to expand commercial and industrial (C&I) customers while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end P&L for the business unit

- Drive revenue growth from C&I, MSME, and institutional customers

- Scale power distribution / energy services operations across regions

- Lead business strategy, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives

- Manage large cross-functional teams (sales, operations, projects)

- Build and manage key partnerships (developers, EPCs, local stakeholders)

- Ensure regulatory, safety, and operational compliance

- Work closely with leadership on expansion, profitability, and unit economics

Key Requirements

- 12-20+ years of experience in power, energy, utilities, infrastructure, or distributed energy

- Proven experience in P&L ownership and business scaling

- Strong exposure to power distribution, microgrids, renewable energy, or energy services

- Experience selling to C&I / B2B customers

- Ability to operate in multi-location, execution-heavy environments

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
