Role: Head - Precast Operations (P&L Role)

Location: Bangalore

We are hiring for a leadership role in precast operations, responsible for building and scaling a high-performance precast platform within a fast-growing infrastructure organization.

This is a P&L owning role, with accountability across execution, plant operations, revenue delivery, and margin optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end precast operations across projects and plants

- Drive revenue, margins, and utilization of precast facilities

- Convert project pipeline into predictable execution and billing

- Build scalable systems for planning, production, and delivery

- Lead client engagements and ensure high-quality project delivery

Ideal Profile:

- 18+ years in construction / precast operations

- Strong precast exposure (mandatory)

- Proven P&L ownership (plant / BU / large project portfolio)

- Experience managing large teams and multi-location operations

- Strong execution + commercial acumen
