Job Description:

Infra Build Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly strategic and execution-driven Business Head Digital Operations Management to lead and scale our Digital Operations vertical. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end business growth, operational excellence, and delivery transformation through digital enablement across global projects.

About the Digital Operations vertical:

Digital Operations Management (DOM), often powered by Digital Twin (DT) technology, refers to the practice of managing an organization's physical and digital assets - buildings, infrastructure, equipment, and systems - through a live, data-driven digital replica used to monitor, maintain, and optimize operations after handover. Team delivers Digital Operations Management and Digital Twin services to clients globally, supporting asset owners and operators across airports, data centers, healthcare systems, commercial real estate, and large campuses in North America, the Middle East, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Strategy:

- Drive the overall growth of the Digital Operations Management vertical, including P&L ownership and revenue targets.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries such as Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, and Engineering Services.

- Define and execute a scalable go-to-market strategy for Digital Operations offerings.

- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, acting as a strategic advisor for digital transformation initiatives.

Operational Excellence & Delivery:

- Lead end-to-end digital operations delivery, ensuring efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

- Establish standardized processes, KPIs, and performance frameworks to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.

- Oversee large-scale project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Leadership & Team Management:

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across operations, delivery, and support functions.

- Create a strong leadership pipeline and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, HR, Finance, and Technology.

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in operations management, digital transformation, or engineering services.

- Proven experience in business leadership roles with P&L responsibility.

- Strong understanding of digital operations, process optimization, and automation frameworks.

- Experience in managing large teams and delivering complex, multi-location projects.

- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

- Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to BIM, Digital Asset Management, Digital Transformation, or the Engineering Services industry.

- Experience in implementing tools related to RPA, analytics, or enterprise platforms.

- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
