About the Role: - We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Business Head to lead our Digital Lending vertical focused on automotive financing. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building and scaling lending businesses, driving high-velocity go-to-market strategies, and managing credit risk with strong governance. - This role requires a leader who can oversee end-to-end business operations, product strategy, analytics, and team leadership to unlock growth, efficiency, and superior portfolio quality. Credit Risk & Underwriting Excellence: - Design, develop, and deploy advanced Credit Risk Scoring (CRS) models to enable sharper underwriting decisions. Process Automation & Operational Efficiency: - Automate key workflows including vehicle valuation, credit checks, financial intelligence, and approvals to reduce turnaround time (TAT) to under 8 hours in over 60% of cases. Product Strategy & Data Analytics: - Lead product strategy and analytics functions to align credit, distribution, and data teams. Own pricing, assortment, and funnel analytics to drive scale, operational efficiency, and portfolio health. Analytics & Reporting: - Build and manage dashboards, real-time alerts, pricing models, and funnel diagnostics that enable CXO-level decision-making and faster execution. Inventory & Margin Optimization: - Drive inventory churn improvements (from 29% to 45%), enhance buy-sell margins, and reduce manpower dependency by 50% through automation and algorithmic procurement techniques. Franchise & Business Model Innovation: - Redesign franchise models and unit economics to enable scalable expansion into adjacent segments such as affordable automotive accessories or financing. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience in leading and scaling digital lending or automotive finance businesses. - Strong expertise in credit risk management, underwriting, and financial modeling. - Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive results in fast-paced, data-driven environments. - Expertise in process automation, workflow optimization, and product analytics. - Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in auction management, inventory optimization, and pricing strategy is a plus
