- P&L and Financials: Manage the profit and loss, including interest margins, fee structures, and credit costs, to ensure profitability and scale.

- Partnerships: Identify, build, and manage relationships with external partners such as banks, NBFCs, and fintech lenders to support lending and growth initiatives.

- Risk and Underwriting: Collaborate with credit and risk teams to define and implement underwriting policies, monitor portfolio performance, and manage risk and compliance.

- Technology and Operations: Work with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless digital journeys, manage API integrations with partners, and ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulations.

- Growth and Marketing: Design and execute go-to-market strategies, including customer acquisition, distribution, and marketing campaigns.
