Role Overview :

As the Business Head for Digital/Ecommerce in Warehousing Solutions, you will spearhead the strategic direction and aggressive growth of our digital-first warehousing offerings.

This pivotal role involves defining the product roadmap for our e-commerce logistics solutions, driving market penetration, and owning the end-to-end P&L for this critical vertical.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, sales, and marketing, while engaging directly with key clients, D2C brands, and e-commerce platforms to understand their evolving needs.

Your leadership will directly impact our market share expansion, enhance operational efficiencies for our clients, and solidify our position as an innovative leader in digital warehousing, ultimately delivering superior value to our customers and significant revenue growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute a comprehensive digital and e-commerce strategy for warehousing solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends.

- Own the complete P&L for the digital warehousing vertical, driving revenue growth, managing costs, and optimizing profitability for the business.

- Lead the conceptualization, development, and launch of innovative digital products and services tailored for e-commerce logistics, enhancing our offering to clients.

- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, driving customer acquisition and retention for our digital warehousing solutions across diverse e-commerce segments.

- Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms, technology providers, and industry influencers to expand our ecosystem and service capabilities.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve ambitious business goals.

- Champion a superior digital customer experience, ensuring seamless onboarding, efficient service delivery, and proactive problem resolution for our e-commerce clients.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce logistics, digital product management, and P&L ownership within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

- Proven ability to define and execute market entry strategies, coupled with a deep understanding of technology adoption in supply chain and warehousing.

- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, adept at influencing cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve strategic objectives.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, capable of articulating complex digital solutions to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.

- An MBA from a premier institution is highly preferred, complementing a robust professional background in digital business transformation or e-commerce operations.

- Adaptability to a dynamic, on-site work environment in Mumbai, driving collaboration and hands-on execution.
