Role Overview:

As the Inverters Business Head, Odisha, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) solar inverter business within the Odisha market. This pivotal role involves developing and executing strategic plans, managing sales and marketing initiatives, overseeing operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with the national sales team, marketing department, operations, and customer service to achieve business objectives. Your leadership will directly impact the adoption of solar energy solutions in Odisha, contributing to a sustainable future and enhanced customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the D2C solar inverter business in Odisha, aligned with overall company goals, to achieve market share and revenue targets.

- Manage the P&L for the Odisha region, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team objectives, ultimately driving sales volume.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and stakeholders to expand market reach and brand presence within the region.

- Oversee all operational aspects, including inventory management, logistics, and installation, to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products and services to customers.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and service improvement, enhancing customer satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards to maintain ethical and responsible business practices.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies, driving revenue growth and profitability in a competitive market.

- Proven leadership skills with the capacity to build, motivate, and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

- Deep understanding of the solar energy industry, including inverter technology, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
