Business Head - Cyber Security

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Head - Cybersecurity to lead the company's overall business growth, cybersecurity services, technical direction, client relationships, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation.

The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of strong experience understanding of cybersecurity technologies and solutions, combined with proven experience in business development, sales, pre-sales, client management, team leadership, and strategic planning. This role will be responsible for connecting the technical and business functions of the organization and driving the company toward sustainable growth and long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Lead business growth and cyber security technical operations.

- Develop business strategy, revenue plans, and cybersecurity service offerings.

- Manage client relationships, requirements, proposals, and negotiations.

- Lead SOC, VAPT, Cloud Security, Network Security, IAM, and GRC teams.

- Drive business development and new client opportunities.

- Design and review cybersecurity solutions and technical architectures.

- Manage cybersecurity projects, delivery, quality, and SLAs.

- Handle major client technical issues and escalations.

- Build and manage technical, sales, and business teams.

- Manage technology partners, vendors, and strategic alliances.

- Identify new cybersecurity technologies, services, and market opportunities.
