Business Head - Corn Commodity Business

Role Purpose:

This role will be responsible for leading the corn business, managing procurement, trading, and commercial operations while driving profitability and growth across markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive the corn business P&L

- Manage procurement from farmers, traders, and mandis

- Drive domestic and institutional sales, including bulk buyers

- Develop market strategies based on demand-supply trends

- Optimize pricing, margins, and inventory management

- Build strong supplier and customer relationships

- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams

- Lead and develop high-performing teams

Skills and Experience:

Candidate Profile:

- 15+ years of experience in corn / agri commodity business

- Strong exposure to procurement, trading, and sales

- Proven experience in business head / leadership roles

- Strong commercial acumen and market understanding

- MBA from a reputed institute preferred
