Experience :

- Min 20+ years of highly experienced Senior Project Operations, P&L & Strategy Leader to take full responsibility for the strategic direction, design-to-development, execution, and delivery of projects.

Job Profile :

- Will be responsible for P&L of across projects.

- Responsible for Project Management, P&L, AOP, Strategic initiatives, Business Opportunities.

- Responsible for developing strategy for development of the projects.

- Lead projects from concept to handover with complete ownership.

- Drive feasibility studies, budgeting, land acquisition, and approvals.

- Oversee contracts, tendering, construction execution, and stakeholder management.

- Ensure timely delivery with cost control, Financial Analysis, P&L Management, and quality standards.

Candidate Profile:

- 20+ years of experience, preferably in P&L Management, Operations Strategy, Construction and Planning exp within the Real Estate sector.

- Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places from Real Estate sector.

- Proven track record in managing projects at National, Zonal, or Global levels.

- Strong exposure to working in a competitive, professional environment, consistently delivering results.
