Role Overview:
- As the Business Head, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end business strategy, growth, and execution.
- You will own the P&L and lead cross-functional teams across category, marketing, and product to deliver sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full P&L responsibility and lead the business strategy across key verticals.
- Drive topline and bottom-line growth while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams across demand, growth, product, and operations.
- Identify and build strategic partnerships to scale the business.
- Work closely with marketing and digital teams to craft customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Use data-driven insights and market intelligence to inform key business decisions.
- Build and lead a high-performance team culture that fosters ownership, innovation, and agility.
Ideal Candidate:
- 15 to 20 years of experience in category management (both supply & demand), e-commerce, or business leadership is a MUST.
- Proven track record in P&L ownership, scaling businesses, and vendor management.
- Experience in consumer, e-commerce, internet startups, or high-growth environments is highly preferred.
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIM, ISB, FMS, Ivy League, etc.) preferred.
