- The Business Head will lead and manage the fuel delivery business operations in Nigeria, focusing on
CNG, Diesel, and Petrol. This role is responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational
efficiency, profitability, and growth of the business.
- The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and experienced leader with a proven track record in the fuel delivery or related energy industry, preferably within Nigeria. This position requires strong leadership, business acumen, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the Nigerian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement the strategic plan for the Nigerian market, encompassing CNG, Diesel, and Petrol, aligning with overall company objectives. Identify market opportunities, analyze the competitive landscape, and formulate strategies to maximize market share and profitability across all fuel types.
- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of the fuel delivery operations, including logistics, supply chain management, customer service, and technology. Ensure efficient and reliable delivery services for CNG, Diesel, and Petrol while maintaining the highest safety standards for each fuel type. Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Sales & Marketing: Drive sales growth for all fuel products by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to each fuel type. Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders across different sectors (e.g., transportation, industrial, commercial). Develop brand awareness and enhance the company's reputation in the market.
- Financial Management: Manage the P&L for the Nigerian operations, including separate tracking and reporting for CNG, Diesel, and Petrol. Develop budgets, monitor performance, and ensure profitability for each fuel stream. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue generation.
