Business Head/Chief Business Officer - Wealth Management

Responsibilities:

- Own the P&L and growth of the Liquid (Wealth) business.

- Build and scale the digital, mass-retail sales engine.

- Drive customer acquisition, revenue, and AUM growth.

- Lead the Sales, Research, and Operations teams.

- Define and execute the business growth strategy with the Founder.

Requirements:

- 10+ years in B2C financial services sales/business leadership.

- Experience in WealthTech, Broking, Mutual Funds, Insurance, or FinTech.

- Proven P&L ownership and business scaling track record.

- Strong digital/app-led, mass-retail sales experience.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a startup/high-growth environment.
