Our client is a leading EdTech company, expanding its offline business to complement its online learning platforms. They are looking for a strategic, growth-oriented leader to spearhead their offline initiatives.

Role Overview:

The Business Head / CBO will take ownership of the offline business vertical, driving growth, operations, and team-building across multiple locations. This role offers direct reporting to the Founder and high visibility within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and scale the offline business operations and strategy.

- Build and lead high-performing teams across operations, sales, and marketing.

- Drive revenue growth, P&L management, and operational excellence.

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand offline presence.

- Collaborate closely with the Founder on business strategy and expansion.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 10+ years in leadership roles with experience in offline operations, multi-location businesses, or consumer services.

- Strong P&L ownership, strategic thinking, and execution focus.

- Proven ability to build teams and scale business operations.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and measurable results.
