Business Head/CEO - Retail/Lifestyle/Apparel Industriy

Position Overview:

The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all business channels. This role requires a visionary leader with strong business acumen, retail expertise, and the ability to inspire teams while delivering sustainable profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute long-term business strategies aligned with market trends and consumer behavior.

- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency across supply chain, merchandising, and customer service.

- Financial Management: Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and ensure profitability through effective cost control and investment decisions.

- Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for new store openings and e-commerce growth.

- Innovation & Digital Transformation: Lead adoption of technology, data analytics, and omnichannel strategies to enhance customer experience.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with investors, board members, suppliers, and customers.

- Talent Development: Foster a high-performance culture, mentor senior leaders, and attract top talent.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven track record as a senior executive in retail industry.

- Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain, and customer engagement.

- Experience in scaling businesses, digital transformation, and managing large teams.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
