Business Head/CEO - Hydraulics Industry

1. Strategic Leadership & P&L Management

- P&L Ownership: Full accountability for the P&L of the business, driving top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement multi-year manufacturing strategies, including capacity planning and capital expenditure (CAPEX) proposals.

2. Operational Excellence & Manufacturing:

- End-to-End Operations: Oversee all manufacturing activities, including production, maintenance, quality assurance/control (QA/QC), and supply chain.

- Drive continuous improvement (CI) to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower unit costs.

- Production Scheduling: Optimize production planning to ensure on-time delivery to clients.

3. Quality & Compliance:

- Quality Standards: Maintain and improve product quality to meet or exceed industry standards

- Safety & Regulatory: Enforce stringent health, safety and environmental regulations across all manufacturing sites.

4. People & Organization Leadership:

- Talent Development: Mentor and lead employee teams to build a high-performance, accountable culture.

- Resource Planning: Define the organizational structure and resource plans required to support business growth.

5. Stakeholder Management:
