This role is explicitly focused on retail sales through owned stores. Candidates whose primary experience is in channel sales or distributor-led models will not be a fit.
Role Scope:
- End-to-end P&L ownership for the retail business
- Leadership of large-scale store operations and retail sales
- Oversight of inventory planning, distribution coordination, and retail incentive structures
- Drive sales productivity, margins, and operational discipline
- Lead growth through new store expansion and acquisitions
Candidate Profile:
- 15-20 years of experience in consumer durables, with strong exposure to store-led retail models
- Proven track record of scaling large-format or specialty retail networks
- Open to being based out of Mumbai or Gujarat
