4. Establish performance benchmarks, budgets, and KPIs across all cafs.
5. Design and implement SOPs, service standards, and training modules.
6. Oversee caf launches, location finalization, and setup execution.
Desired Profile
1. Experience: 7-12 years in hospitality operations with at least 5 years in a national or regional leadership role.
2. Strong exposure to premium caf, restaurant with top notch hotels.
3. Service-forward, detail-oriented, and design-sensitive.
