The Profile:
A data-driven visionary who commands global fashion trends and masters bottom-line profitability with surgical precision. We are looking for a heavy-hitting Business Head of Buying to lead our women's wear brand. You must possess an encyclopedic grasp of international fashion paired with elite numerical and commercial acumen. If you know how to balance runway intuition with rigorous buying math to scale a category, this is your arena.
The Mandate:
- Spearhead end-to-end buying strategy, global sourcing, and category assortment.
- Own OTB, margins, inventory turns, and P&L performance with absolute financial rigor.
- Translate global style and high-street movements into immediate domestic market dominance.
- Lead cross-functional execution across design, planning, and retail operations.

- Deep, proven expertise in fashion buying, merchandising, and category leadership.
