About the Role:
Were looking for a sharp, strategic Business Head to lead growth at Brandmovers. This role blends aggressive new-business acquisition with high-level relationship management for key clients. Youll drive revenue, mentor teams, and build a strong commercial foundation for the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development strategy and drive new revenue pipelines.
- Pitch, negotiate, and close large-scale brand mandates.
- Build and maintain CXO-level relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Oversee a portfolio of key accounts and ensure delivery excellence.
- Identify growth opportunities across digital, content, and integrated campaigns.
- Partner with Creative, Strategy, and Operations teams to deliver high-impact work.
- Track P&L, revenue forecasts, and commercial metrics.
- Mentor Account Management teams and strengthen BD culture within the agency.
Skills & Requirements:
- 10+ years in advertising, digital marketing, or integrated agencies.
- Proven track record of winning business and managing large accounts.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Sharp understanding of brand strategies, digital trends, and campaign frameworks.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to run teams and build culture.
- High ownership, resilience, and a revenue-first approach.
