Position Summary :


The DSA Business Head will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of DSA network across assigned regions. The role requires strong reach in the loan distribution ecosystem, proven capability to build and expand DSA networks, and expertise in sales and credit of bank/NBFC financial products. The incumbent will design business strategies, strengthen DSA and partner relationships, and ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency. Frequent travel within the region is essential to expand market presence.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Development & Growth


- Expand DSA business across assigned states/regions.


- Leverage strong reach within the loan distribution network to drive business.


- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with DSAs, banks, NBFCs, and financial partners.


- Deliver revenue, lead generation, and profitability targets.


Sales & Credit Expertise


- Apply knowledge of banking and NBFC products to strengthen distribution.


- Guide teams on credit assessment, product positioning, and sales strategies.


Team Leadership & Management


- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team and robust DSA network.


- Promote a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous learning.


DSA Market Development


- Establish, expand, and strengthen DSA presence across states.


- Monitor market opportunities, competitor activity, and customer demand.


- Execute strategies to grow loan distribution share.


Operational Excellence

- Ensure smooth execution of DSA operations, including partner onboarding, reporting, and compliance.


- Track and control performance metrics and KPIs.


Travel & Stakeholder Engagement.


- Undertake frequent travel to expand and strengthen market presence.


- Build strong relationships with internal teams, DSAs, and financial partners.

Qualifications & Experience:


- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and credit roles in banks, NBFCs, or loan or any distribution company.


- Preferred proven success in establishing and expanding DSA networks.


- Age: 30-40 years.


- Strong knowledge of distribution practices.


- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.


- Good communication and networking skills.
