We are looking for a Business Head B2C to lead and scale our consumer business. This leader will own the P&L for the B2C vertical and drive end-to-end growth through strategy, execution, and team leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in building and scaling consumer tech or digital-first businesses, with a proven ability to drive revenue, profitability, and customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


- P&L Ownership: Lead the B2C vertical with full accountability for revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

- Business Strategy: Define the long-term vision and roadmap for the consumer business, aligning it with overall company goals.

- Growth & Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition, category expansion, and entry into new geographies.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with product, technology, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to deliver superior consumer experiences.

- Customer Experience & Retention: Build frameworks to strengthen customer loyalty, enhance lifetime value, and drive repeat engagement.

- Brand Building: Partner with marketing to strengthen brand presence and positioning in the consumer ecosystem.

- Partnerships & Alliances: Explore strategic partnerships (retail, marketplaces, distribution, food tech, etc.) to expand reach and penetration.

- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team across growth, operations, and customer experience.

- Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics and insights to optimize business levers, improve efficiency, and guide strategic choices.


Key Requirements


- 1520 years of experience in consumer tech, digital-first, or D2C businesses, with significant exposure to scaling consumer operations.

- Proven track record of owning and growing a P&L in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital acquisition, retention, and customer lifecycle management.

- Experience in business building across product, operations, marketing, and distribution.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic, financial, and executional acumen.

- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills; ability to inspire and build large teams.
