Business Head B2C Product Consulting Experience Must
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and result-driven Business Head to lead and scale our B2c product business. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen, consulting expertise, and deep experience in managing product-led growth for enterprise customers. You will be responsible for defining the go-to-market strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the organisations B2C growth strategy in alignment with long-term business goals.
- Drive market expansion and explore new revenue streams.
Business & Revenue Ownership:
- Own P&L responsibility for the B2B product business.
- Build and execute sales, partnerships, and channel strategies.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Product & Market Alignment:
- Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align product roadmap with market needs.
- Influence product positioning, pricing strategy, and competitive differentiation.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across sales, business development, partnerships, and operations.
- Foster a high-performance culture with clear accountability.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with the leadership team, investors, and external partners.
- Present regular performance updates to the Board/Executive Committee.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate from Tier-1 institution (IIM, ISB, IIT, or equivalent).
- 10+ years of professional experience, including minimum 3-5 years in top-tier consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent).
- Proven success in scaling B2B SaaS or product-led businesses.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales, partnerships, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
