Leadership Opportunity: Branch Business Head (B2B)

We are currently partnering on a strategic leadership mandate for a Business Head (BH) based in Mumbai.

This role is ideal for seasoned business leaders who have successfully driven large-scale B2B businesses within the Electricals or Building Materials industry.

Role Highlights:

- Lead the B2B business across Projects, Electrical Business, Industrial Products, Motors, Professional Lighting, and Solar.

- Report directly to the Business Unit Sales Head.

- Drive business growth while leading a high-performing team of 150 - 200 professionals.

- Manage 15 - 20 direct reportees, providing strategic direction and operational excellence.

We're looking for leaders with:

- Proven experience in leading large sales and business operations.

- Strong exposure to B2B project sales and channel ecosystems.

- Experience in Electricals, Building Materials, or allied industries.

- Excellent people leadership and P&L management capabilities.

- A track record of delivering sustainable business growth.

- Location: Mumbai
