Job Title : Business Head

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.

- Generate new business opportunities by leveraging relationships with existing and new clients.

- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients/brands, ensuring timely business generation.

- Oversee the development and execution of service business strategies for different ecommerce brands.

- Handle multiple business and brand clients, aligning with overall business goals.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 9 years of experience in e-commerce, digital, key account management, or related fields.

- Proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Experience in developing and executing business strategies.

- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in advanced Excel and data analysis.
