Job Role: Business Head - South

Location: Bangalore

Exp: 10+ Years

Working Days: WFO, 5 Days

Role Description:

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Business Head - South to drive our B2B Sales operations across the region. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Enterprise and/or Channel Sales, with the ability to manage large-scale business operations, lead a team of 80+ members, and deliver annual revenues exceeding 200 Cr.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

- Develop and execute sales strategies for the South region to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets.

- Drive market penetration, expansion, and customer acquisition across enterprise and channel sales.

Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 100+ professionals across sales, account management, and support functions.

- Build a high-performance culture, ensuring capability development and succession planning.

Revenue & P&L Ownership

- Own regional P&L responsibility with an annual revenue target of 500 Cr+.

- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.

Enterprise & Channel Sales

- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, key accounts, and channel partners.

- Ensure effective channel partner development, onboarding, and retention strategies.

Business Development & Market Expansion

- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory landscape to align strategies.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align regional goals with overall company objectives.

- Represent the organization at industry forums, trade events, and key client meetings.

Key Requirements:

Education: MBA/PGDM preferred (Sales/Marketing specialization).

Experience:

- 15-20 years of overall experience in B2B Sales.

- Minimum 8-10 years in leadership roles managing enterprise or channel sales.

- Proven track record of handling team sizes of 80+ members and revenues of 200 Cr+.

- Strong business acumen with P&L management experience.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Deep understanding of South India markets with ability to scale business rapidly.
