Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Head Affordable Housing to lead and scale the affordable housing loan business. The role will be responsible for driving growth, building distribution, managing P&L, and ensuring strong asset quality across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & P&L Ownership:

- Drive end-to-end P&L for Affordable Housing business

- Build and execute growth strategy across target geographies

- Achieve disbursement, revenue, and profitability targets

Distribution & Market Expansion:

Build and scale multi-channel distribution:

- Branch network

- DSA / connectors

- Builder / developer relationships

- Identify new markets and drive deep rural / semi-urban penetration

Product & Customer Strategy:

- Design and optimize affordable housing loan products

- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies

- Ensure competitive positioning in the market

Credit & Risk Alignment:

- Work closely with risk team to ensure:

- Strong underwriting

- Healthy portfolio quality

- Balance growth with asset quality and collections efficiency

Team Building & Leadership:

- Build and lead a high-performance sales and operations team

- Drive productivity, training, and performance management

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with:

- Credit, Risk, Ops, Collections, and Product teams

- Engage with external stakeholders:

- Builders, DSAs, regulators

Key Requirements:

18-25 years of experience in:

- Housing Finance / NBFC / Banking

- Strong experience in Affordable Housing

Proven track record of:

- Scaling business and managing P&L

Deep understanding of:

- Distribution models

- Credit & risk in affordable segment
