Job Description: Business Head - Two-Wheeler Division (Tanzania)

We are urgently seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Business Head to lead and drive our Two-Wheeler operations in Tanzania. This senior leadership role requires a decisive executive capable of overseeing the entire business function, from strategic planning and team leadership to full P&L accountability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth:

- Lead the Two-Wheeler business unit in Tanzania, overseeing all operational, commercial, and administrative functions.

- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive business strategies focused on achieving aggressive market share growth, revenue targets, and sustainable profitability.

- Conduct continuous competitive analysis and market intelligence to identify new opportunities and proactively counter market challenges.

2. Financial Management & P&L Accountability:

- Hold full responsibility for the division's Profit & Loss (P&L), driving both top-line revenue and bottom-line efficiency.

- Develop and manage detailed annual budgets, sales forecasts, and operational expenditures, ensuring alignment with global strategic objectives.

- Implement rigorous cost control measures and pricing strategies to optimize gross profit (GP) and net profit (NP) margins.

3. Sales & Network Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the national sales team, setting clear KPIs, providing regular training, and fostering a high-performance culture.

- Oversee the entire sales process, from BTL/promotional activities and product launches to channel development and inventory management.

- Strategically expand and manage the dealership and distribution network, ensuring robust coverage and service excellence across all key regions.

4. Operational Excellence (3S Functions):

- Ensure high standards of performance across all Sales, Service, and Spares (3S) functions.

- Oversee after-sales service operations, focusing on customer satisfaction (C-SAT) enhancement, service efficiency, and job card revenue generation.

- Manage spares inventory and logistics to maximize availability and optimize GP contribution
