Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Guwahati for the position of Business Head- BMW Guwahati.

The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing the dealership's overall profitability, operations, business growth, customer centricity as well as team & culture building.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and operational management skills.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry

- Aftersales experience is mandatory

- Candidates with experience in the luxury automotive segment will be preferred

- Strong leadership, team-building, and operational management skills

- Proven track record in sales, aftersales excellence and business development

- Ability to deliver a premium customer experience aligned with BMW brand standards
