Business Head

Responsibilities:

- Buy Scrap at Best Rates: Get raw materials like scrap at competitive prices by building strong vendor relationships via his team.

- Run Day-to-Day Operations via plant leads: Ensure the plants work smoothly, meet quality standards, and deliver on time.

- Improve Plant Efficiency: Reduce costs, improve output, and follow proper systems and safety rules.

- Expand the Business: Set up new plants, lead projects, and coordinate with different teams (finance, HR, etc.)

Requirements:

- 7-10 years' experience in large factories (preferably handling thousands of tons per month)

- Strong in both operations and purchasing

- Engineering degree (Mechanical preferred); MBA is a bonus

- Hands-on leader who can manage teams and make smart business decisions

- Comfortable with fast-paced and growing environments

- Experience in industrial B2B businesses is a plus
