Were looking for a dynamic, hands-on Business Growth Manager to work directly with the Founder & Leadership Team and help shape our client's early-stage startups growth journey.
This role is perfect for someone who loves strategy + execution, enjoys fast-paced startup environments, and wants to make a real impact by building products, users, and processes from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and run early Go-To-Market (GTM) and user growth experiments
- Build and optimize referral, retention, and monetization channels
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Content teams
- Manage creator & influencer collaborations, community building, and micro-campaigns
- Create and scale business processes, playbooks, and systems for sustainable growth
- Use data and insights to drive performance marketing and user acquisition strategies
What Youll Bring:
- 2-5 years of experience in a startup, founders office, business operations, or GTM role
- Strong skills in growth marketing, execution, and problem-solving
- Good understanding of Tier 2/Tier 3 audiences and consumer internet trends
- Hands-on with tools like Google Analytics, Notion, Airtable, Sheets, and social media platforms
Good to Have:
- Experience in EdTech, consumer tech, social apps, or AI-driven platforms
- Exposure to zero-to-one product building and early-stage startup environments
- Interest in language learning, voice tech, or creator economy
