Role Overview
- The Business Growth Lead will be accountable for revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
- This leader will own the business engine, turning strategy into measurable outcomes and scaling the company's presence across India.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Strategy
- Define and execute the business and revenue strategy.
- Ensure sustained revenue growth across devices, SaaS, and services.
- Drive improvements in business margins and overall profitability.
- Maintain clear reporting on business performance and ROI.
Partnerships & Alliances
- Build strategic partnerships with hospitals, dental chains, corporates, insurers, IVF/wellness centres, and distributors.
- Expand local distribution footprint and establish market presence in new geographies.
- Deliver measurable revenue contribution from partnerships and alliances.
Sales & Business Development
- Lead enterprise sales
- Drive adoption and conversion from demos to long-term paid contracts.
- Ensure growth in installed base and SaaS subscriptions quarter on quarter.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales and partnerships team with consistent quota attainment.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with CEO and product leadership to align roadmap with evolving market needs.
- Provide actionable market insights to shape GTM strategies and product releases.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified leads and achieve strong lead-to-deal conversion rates.
- Represent at industry events, conferences, and investor forums as the business growth leader.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6+ years of leadership in healthtech, medtech, SaaS, or digital health, with proven revenue and P&L responsibility.
- Track record of scaling businesses.
- Deep network in healthcare ecosystems including providers, corporates, insurers, and governments.
- MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
