Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Business Finance professional to lead and manage international finance operations. The role will partner closely with business leaders to drive financial strategy, ensure robust controls, and support global expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business finance activities for international markets

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

- Partner with international sales, operations, and supply chain teams to support growth

- Analyze financial performance, margins, and cost structures across geographies

- Manage pricing models, profitability analysis, and business cases

- Oversee statutory compliance, taxation, and regulatory requirements for international operations

- Support fundraising, audits, and investor reporting as required

- Build and strengthen finance processes suitable for a high-growth startup environment

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance

- Prior experience in manufacturing and startup/high-growth environments

- Strong exposure to international business finance

- CA (Finance) preferred

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset suitable for a startup culture
