About the Role:

We're currently hiring for a Business Finance & Commercial Finance role with a fast-growing consumer/D2C brand. This role will be responsible for driving financial partnership with the Revenue organization, ensuring alignment between financial goals and business growth ambitions. The position sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, commercial planning, and business operations, requiring a strong understanding of P&L management, pricing, forecasting, and data-driven decision making.

What you'll be driving:

- Financial partnership with the Revenue and business teams across growth initiatives

- Revenue trend analysis, business insights & actionable recommendations

- Pricing, mix & promotional spend analysis to support business decisions

- Channel P&L ownership and evaluation of new categories, channels & SKUs

- Financial modeling, dashboards, MIS reporting & variance analysis

- Budgeting, forecasting & long-term financial planning

- Building reporting frameworks to track business performance indicators

- Cross-functional coordination between finance and business stakeholders

- Revenue-recognition controls, pricing governance & audit support

- Mentoring and building high-performing finance capabilities within the team

What we're looking for:

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving & stakeholder management skills

- Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities

- Comfortable working with large datasets; SQL knowledge preferred

- Familiarity with BI/reporting tools is a plus

- 5 - 7 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance

- Prior experience in consumer, retail, D2C, or high-growth businesses preferred

- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification is a plus
