Business Finance Manager - Services Industry

Experience: 8-10 years in Business Finance & FP&A (Services Industry)

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Business Finance Manager to co-own the P&L, drive financial planning, and support strategic decision-making in a high-growth services business. The role requires strong FP&A expertise, analytical acumen, and a focus on profitability and ROI improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Management & Analytics: Develop financial plans, conduct MIS reporting, variance analysis, and provide strategic recommendations.

- Proposal Evaluation: Support business heads in pricing evaluations, proposal reviews, and financial modelling.

- Profitability & Risk Management: Manage P&L, CapEx, free cash flow, and assess financial risks with mitigation strategies.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Operations, HR, IT, Sales, and Marketing to optimize operations.

- Additional Duties: Review vendor contracts, manage receivables, support book closures, and contribute to automation/UAT initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

- 8-10 years in Business Finance & FP&A within the services industry.

- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience preferred.

- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and decision support.
