Position: Business Finance Manager Location: PUNE Experience: 5-8 Years Qualification: MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant (CA) About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Finance Manager to join our finance team, supporting our fast-growing sports and esports business vertical. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen and hands-on experience in managing the finance aspects of business operations, procurement, price negotiation, and cost control. Experience in the services industry or similar operational environments will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a finance business partner to operations, procurement, and leadership teams. - Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the sports business unit. - Analyze and control operational costs, identify savings opportunities, and drive implementation of cost-efficiency initiatives. - Manage procurement finance including vendor evaluation, commercial negotiations, and contract structuring. - Track and optimize pricing strategies and margin performance. - Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case evaluation. - Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies while supporting compliance initiatives. - Prepare insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management. Desired Profile: - 5-8 years of relevant experience in business finance, preferably in services, media, sports, or similar sectors. - Proven experience in cost control, procurement finance, and pricing. - Strong stakeholder management and commercial negotiation skills. - Hands-on expertise in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus. - MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant with strong business orientation. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
