Job Description:

Experience required : Minimum 4-7 years post qualification

Qualification : CA

Location : Bangalore

Note: Candidates from mid-sized NBFCs/Big 6 firms having FDD experience would be preferred.- Chartered Accountant with 4-7 years of post-qualification experience.

Candidate Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant with 4-7 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, business performance metrics and investor-related deliverables.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting senior leadership in data-driven decision-making.

Job Profile:

- Preparation and analysis of MIS reports across business units, including monthly performance dashboards, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

- Annual budgeting exercise / preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in collaboration with business and functional teams

- Tracking and analysing key financial and operational KPIs to support business reviews and strategic decisions

- Scenario modelling, trend analysis, and sensitivity assessments to evaluate business performance and outlook

- Regular benchmarking against industry peers and competitors to identify areas of improvement and strategic opportunities

- Support leadership with business insights and financial commentary for internal reviews and board meetings

- Collaborate with teams across Finance, Strategy, Legal, and Risk to respond to internal and external stakeholders

- Contribute to due diligence efforts and provide financial inputs for fundraising and strategic partnerships.
