Business Finance Manager 3 - 7 Years | Bangalore

Are you a finance professional with strong experience in Business Finance, FP&A, financial planning, revenue governance, margin management, and working capital? We are looking for a Business Finance Manager to partner with cross-functional and global teams, drive financial performance, and support strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for the business portfolio.

- Partner with business and cross-functional teams to align finance strategies with business objectives and support key strategic initiatives.

- Drive revenue and margin governance, including forecasting, revenue recognition, cost optimization, and revenue leakage analysis.

- Lead working capital governance, including unbilled revenue reduction, timely invoicing and collections, debt ageing, and PDD management.

- Prepare and manage MIS, financial analytics, and business performance reports, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

- Lead month-end and quarter-end financial closures, identify financial risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements:

- 3 - 7 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or related finance roles.

- CA preferred, with strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management.

- Hands-on experience in revenue, margin, cost, and working capital management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership.

- Proactive professional with a strong business partnering mindset, commercial acumen, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
