Key Responsibilities:

Contribution Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare and report accurate GC figures for every performance cycle (PC).

- Analyse brand-wise and channel-wise GC and Net Contribution (NC) and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

- Actualize and finalize weekly contribution for key brands including SKU-level estimates and commentary on NR/ton and Cost/ton movement.

Cost Management

- Verify and consolidate factory cost sheets every PC.

- Prepare cost summaries to calculate consumption cost, including production and third-party costs.

Sales Data Management

- Maintain and update the Strat Plan file with historical data on sales, contribution, APSP, and NC by brand.

- Update the Sales Register for finance and marketing teams to enable analysis by key KPIs.

Quarter-End & Book Closure Activities

- Support quarterly book closures including freight actualization, NR provision calculations, and underlying volume growth reporting.

- Coordinate with marketing for NR provision analysis and alignment.

Competitive & Market Analysis:

Analyse Consumer Care competition results and publish findings every quarter for internal stakeholders.

Process Improvements & Automation:

Drive projects to improve turnaround time for contribution reporting.

Automate cost sheet analysis using SAP and Power BI tools to enhance data visibility and decision-making.
