Role Overview:

- We are hiring a Business Finance Manager to partner with business leaders and support financial performance, planning, and decision-making.

- This role involves deep engagement with operations, sales, and delivery teams to drive revenue growth and margin improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Revenue Finance:

- Identify and track key input metrics impacting revenue and margins

- Drive margin improvement initiatives across key accounts

- Partner with delivery, operations, and sales teams on performance optimization

MIS & Performance Reporting:

- Analyze monthly MIS reports and provide actionable insights

- Support forecasts, projections, and business performance reviews

Planning & Investment Analysis:

- Support annual business planning and budgeting exercises

- Evaluate new investment proposals and business cases

- Coordinate financial inputs across business, delivery, and finance teams

Operations & Process Support:

- Support invoicing, collections, and business reviews for the Digital Customer Experience business

- Drive process automation and efficiency initiatives

- Handle ad-hoc financial and analytical requests

Candidate Profile:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - mandatory

- 3+ years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A

- Strong understanding of revenue, margin, and unit economics

- Hands-on experience with MIS, forecasting, and financial analysis

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Advanced Excel skills; exposure to automation tools is a plus
