Job Description:

- Preparation of Quarterly Financial Statements

- Fund flow planning and management on a daily basis to enable optimised utilization of funds.

- Handling Multi-bankers facility arrangement with DP limit of 2400 CR & ensuring timely compliance of covenants including preparation of CMA data.

- Monitoring and Execution of Foreign Remittances, Issuance of LC and BG.

- Responsible for quarterly compliance report of NCD issued by company, RBI OBICUS information and other statutory requirements.

- Assessment of PLA Project's viability and preparation of its forecasted NPV, IRR Payback period based on current and future market parameters with regard to usage of Bio-Plastic.

- Monitoring the expenditure incurred are overall within the Budget and preparation of Variance analysis report with reason thereon.

- Solely responsible for the compliances of the Foreign Subsidiaries

- Responsible for the closure of books for preparation Quarterly Financials.

- Solely responsible for conversion from Indian GAAP to IND AS.

- Responsible for the Income Tax Returns for the whole Group.

- Overviewing all Internal Controls at entry level & preparing chart of accounts as per IND AS also made automation of MIS reports with help of Cloud Computing.

- Responsible for all the Corporate Compliances of Companies Act for all the group companies and LLPs.

- Responsible for completion of Statutory, Secretarial & Cost Audit

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Experience: 5+ years of financial management experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry with a focus on capital-intensive projects.

Certifications: CA, CFA, CPA, CMA, or similar credentials are a plus.

Technical Skills:

- Expertise in financial modeling, Tally, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and manufacturing-specific tools (e.g., MES, MRP systems) is a plus.

- Proficiency in analyzing manufacturing KPIs and cost structures.

Industry Knowledge:

- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, production cycles, and operational challenges.

- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, tax benefits for capital investments, and global trade policies.
