Job Description:

Are you a finance professional with strong experience in Business Finance, FP&A, financial planning, revenue governance, margin management, and working capital? We are looking for a Business Finance Manager to partner with cross-functional and global teams, drive financial performance, and support strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead cross-functional and global teams in developing finance strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Partner with business and corporate teams to support company goals and strategic initiatives.

- Co-own the financial plan of the portfolio along with the portfolio/business lead.

- Drive revenue governance, including contracting, forecasting, and revenue recognition.

- Manage margin governance, including cost optimization and sustainable cost reduction initiatives.

- Drive working capital governance, including unbilled revenue reduction, timely invoicing and collections, debt ageing, and PDD management.

- Prepare and manage MIS and financial analytics for the business unit, including cost pyramid analysis and revenue leakage against order book.

- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and quarter-end financial closures.

- Analyze financial risks, business impacts, and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.

- Partner with senior stakeholders to connect finance and business strategies and improve business outcomes.

- Develop strong business finance partnerships across functions and geographies.

- Support senior leadership with financial insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

- 7 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or related finance roles.

- CA preferred.

- Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance management.

- Experience in revenue, margin, and working capital governance.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.

- Strong influencing skills with the ability to work with senior leadership.

- Proactive can-do attitude with a strong learning mindset.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
