Business Finance Manager (BFM) | 3+ Years - Bangalore

Summary:

We are looking for a Business Finance Manager (BFM) to partner with cross-functional and global teams, driving financial strategy, planning, forecasting, revenue and margin governance, and working-capital improvement. The role will work closely with senior stakeholders to connect business and finance strategies and drive sustainable business results.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with global cross-functional teams to develop finance strategies aligned with business objectives and corporate goals.

- Co-own the financial plan, budgeting, forecasting, revenue governance, and margin management with business/portfolio leaders.

- Drive cost optimization, sustainable cost reduction, revenue leakage analysis, and supplier relationship management.

- Lead working capital governance, including unbilled reduction, timely invoicing, collections, debt ageing, and PDD improvement.

- Prepare and manage MIS, financial dashboards, cost-pyramid analytics, month-end/quarter-end closures, and provide insights to senior leadership.

Requirements:

- CA preferred with 3-7 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or a similar finance partnering role.

- Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, revenue/margin governance, cost management, and working capital.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders and global teams across geographies.

- A Can Do attitude, resilience, strong ownership, and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
