- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making and strategy development.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between financial goals and operational objectives.

- Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and oversee the implementation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.

- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate financial risks.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Profile

- Qualified CA/Tier 1 MBA

- 10+ years of post qualification experience

- Hands-on experience in core business finance & strategic partnering functions

- Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

- Experience within the retail industry

- Ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
